Personal
training can be expensive, but if your willing to share the session with up
to 3 other people the price could be as little as £10 per session*. As a general
rule you can expect to pay £40 minimum per session outside London and £60 per
session inside London, with sessions lasting approximately 1 to 1.5 hours.
This
figure of course will also be dependent on the level of training you need, your
location and your designated trainer or therapist's experience and qualifications
- and can be tailored to suit your budget.
Sessions
are booked as a block of 10 or more and can be shared with up to three other
people. The initial consultation and fitness assessment is charged at £60 per
person, after which you will be presented with your results and training diary.
Your
trainer or therapist will then be decided upon and they will contact you to
introduce themselves and fix a time and a date for your first session.
For
Simply Fit Online Personal Training or Simply Slim Online there is an initial
set up fee of £30 followed by monthly payments of just £5 by standing order.
Once the standing order is set up your online personal or dietary trainer will
be appointed, and they will contact you by email to introduce themselves, once
they have received your completed health, fitness and lifestyle questionnaire.
Available
24/7 by email, your trainer will then continue to monitor your training and
provide tips and updates as and when necessary.
